The game has been already submitted for review, so we hope it will be published soon. Here's an image comparing some sprites from the original version and the redrawn ones, which are used when the game is played on the iPad or iPhone 4.
Here's a video of the iPad VS mode (embedded in the first post too). It's based on the original Zombie survival mode, but players can send zombies to each other by creating combos (one zombie is sent for every 2 chained kills). The player who lasts longer alive wins!
