      Does anyone know where iTunes puts device backups when it syncs? In both Mac OS X and Windows?

      For mac:

      /Users/YOUR_USER/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup
      ;)

      If I find PC I'll post it.

      I was looking in Application Support but didn't think about MovileSync

      No problem,

      I think it's the same for PC (except for like 2 directories). I'll check for PC now.

      For PC:

      C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\MobileSync\Backup

      That's what I found.
