Why'd you join TA?

Searched on google about how to get a certain Pocket God Easter egg, I made an account but right after I posted I saw someone already answered so I ignored the site for 2-3 months. I then searched yet again help for a game, this was the first link and now I'm here.

I joined because I saw that dudes from TigerStyle posted here, so I wanted to thank them for making such a fantastic game (Spider).

Been around since November/December of '08 but never joined until Feb. I joined to check the iDracula update because back then the game was awesome. People flamed me for lying about my high score just made up the last three numbers. People can be mean... I still think iDracula is better than Minigore. Anyways I wasn't active until Pocket God got me into it (the iDracula update ).

I joined TA when it first started, in July 2008. I had gotten my iPod Touch in 2007, and at that time there weren't any forums--or even any app review sites. I was looking for info and suggestions for games to buy.

Even though Touch Arcade only had a hundred members, it was the best that was out there.
And now--40,000 members later--it still is!

Well, I joined TA forums because I wanted to share my thoughts and opinions with other iPhone gamers.
I don't regret it at all, but I find these forums a very time-eating I don't care about it though, as I tend it as hobby: staying in touch with latest game relases and technological news.

Also, this forums gave me a chance to taste beta-testing, what I feel in love with

 

I joined a little while after I got my Touch, I came across the site because every time I would Google a question about an iPhone game, guess which site was always the first result?

I joined so I could post in the Trism forum that was here way back in 2008.

I think I was google searching for Trism and this website I'd never heard of called TouchArcade came up with a thread, so I joined to post in it to answer some questions that some of the members had about the game. That was my first post
