      Since I have been so patiently waiting for Doom, so patiently waiting for Quake, I started to wonder whether my other favorite classic games will ever be available on the iPhone.

      Think there's any chance Unreal will ever be ported?
      What about American McGee's Alice??

      no but quake3 seems to be enogh for me on my MP3 PLAYER

      It's a gaming device that happens to hold and play music on the side :rolleyes::p

      yeah seeing that assasins creed,brothers in arms,NFS,GTA(CJS and payback),doom,myst,quake and wolfenstein are on the ipod touch/iphone so why not unreal? its seems like a good idea it could even just be a 3rd person shooter and it would work well with the redeemer :D Vehicles could also be a factor because of the accelerometer controls.
      Now you've got me thinking about it:p

      UT99 would be great :) But it's an engine that isn't on the iPhone (yet?).

      As for Alice... you never know, with the detail dropped a bit. It's the Q3 engine after all. A great game.

      I'll say "unlikely but possible someday" on these.
