I hope before decide the winner, should check for foul play as in the current leading guy's friends likes...as what I suspected...are all dupe accounts.. almost all of them. All of the friends has only 1 friends..same details..same description.

That sucks. Are all ur friends genuine? Coz you'll be winning pretty easily if the leading guy is using fake accounts.

It can be said 99% genuine 1% margin for error? I'm not leading by the way. It's the Nicholas and Francisco ( he used forum people to help him vote)

To be fair, I'm using Internet contacts to vote for me too, as my actual friends are all late 20s, early 30s and hardly use Facebook anymore. I'll recommend the game to actual people, but they have no interest in a contest.

That Daniel Chin is a cheat, his friends likes are almost all dupe account. I hope organiser can disqualify him

 

One day before the end of this contest it is starting to look rather ridiculous... People with thie biggest amount of 'likes' have all their points thanks to dupe/fake accounts, and it seems like the islands they made took them about five minutes to accomplish. I'm starting to think what was the point in sitting for around 2 hours with my iPhone, struggling with constantly crashing Time Geeks (bugs in the island editor, update it please), when the point of this contest seems to be who will be able to generate more fake accounts... Last contest for me with this kind of rules, next time I'll only join something really worth time and effort. Good luck everyone.

 

lol predicted this... I did a contest similar to this with my girlfriend a few months back and got all of my friends and her friends that we could involved and that ended up being like 25 and someone had almost over 100, no chance unless i was some celebrity or I cheated that I'd get that many lol

 

Yep, I find it hilarious that devs still use these types of contests considering the results many of them have had in the past. I understand that it is the best way for devs to use us to promote the games to our friends, assuming those friends exist of course. I do dislike how the high value items (iPads etc.) use these kinds of contests though. Devs, we know you guys can judge for yourselves what a good entry is!!!!

 

The contest benefit for the dev especially for building high followers for their Facebook page like this contest itself. Bad thing is, more fake accounts than real one
