Not sure if you mean that you dont know how to find native RTs or there is something broken with your twitter which stops you from finding them. Just in case its the former, you can easily find out the these native RTs on your twitter page in the browser. Just click on "Retweets" link on the right side of the page(below the links for @mentions, Direct messages, favorites). And then select "Your Tweets, Retweeted". It'll show you all your tweets which were retweeted and who all RT'd them.
