Any tips on how to beat this mofo? Guy is downright impossible (I'm playing in medium difficulty). The spear doesn't do any damage, and it takes forever to get close to him.
If I recall, you shock him first. You need to stop him from healing himself also, but I'll let you figure that out...
I'm using the shock gun, but that only stuns him for a turn; next time I move he hits me and rinse and repeat.
Be a druggie and inject every syringe you have into you. Stun gun, stab, stun gun, stab. Dash to the blood fountain and stand there so he can never heal. Use health packs when needed. Good luck.
yea save up and experiment different combos for stuff also shock him more than once i.e. shock shock stab it will increase the amount of damage and the likely hood of you hitting him and him not dodging
