1. No. 2. Smoking Marijuana? If cigarettes, hookah, and alcohol are legal, I think Marijuana should be, too. Marijuana has no addictive properties in it, people who smoke it usually do it at parties or concerts to have a fun time, and people that are high usually aren't violent. They're usually very nice, and would never hurt a fly. There are obviously some exceptions, but in the grand scheme of things, if alcohol can be legal, and cigarettes can be allowed to kill millions of people every year, I have no idea what's stopping them from legalizing Marijuana. 3. That's a tricky area. Reverse psychology is definitely possible, but if we're talking legalizing stuff like cocaine and heroin, then that takes on a whole different meaning. I don't know of any countries with that stuff legalized, but I can tell you that the appeal people see in hard drugs like cocaine and heroin is not that it's fun to do something that's illegal. They genuinely do seek out that high that you'd get from doing them. The initial appeal may have been the illegal part, but for the most part people that do that stuff do look for an intense high, and don't do it because they feel good doing illegal things. Less crime may occur in terms of people dealing drugs and getting shot. But I believe the more people that do said drugs, the more crime there will be in reality. Though a lot of people die from dealing drugs, and stealing money to buy the drugs (I think the money aspect would go down if drugs were legalized), the cheaper drugs get, the more people that will be able to get into them, and the more crime we could potentially see. Drugs like cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, etc. change people's moods and perceptions of the world. You get more people doing it, you get more warped views of the world, and more people who lose touch with reality, and finally more people that will start doing crazy ****, hence the crime rate potentially going up. 4. All of the above. It's obvious that hard drug users ruin the relationships around them, usually at the trade-off of doing more drugs. Drugs are also horrible because, as stated above, they change people. The nicest person can turn into the most vicious psycho from doing heroin. Obviously you get the people that will be more relaxed, but there's always going to be good people turning into demons when they dabble in this stuff. They are also immensely bad for your health. Marijuana not so much, but the hard stuff I've named over and over is pretty damn bad for you. You would get an intense euphoric high, at the expense of your brain's well-being, as well as your internal systems being screwed up in some way. You could argue that cigarettes are automatic cancer sticks, and alcohol can screw your body in several ways, as well as turn someone very benevolent into a demon, but the intensity of the effects on your body and mind from hard drugs are much much worse. 5. No I have not. I am completely clean. Wish I could say the same for a couple friends of mine :\ 6. Yes. I've never given in, though. Never will. 7. No, I will not. Never have, never will. That's my life's mantra. I can have fun without drugs or alcohol. I don't need to drink to have fun at someone's house. All I need is a fun person to hang out with, and my best friend since 5th Grade is a perfect example of this. All we do when we hang out is play videogames and watch movies, but it's so fun already that there is just no need for unnecessary stuff like alcohol or drugs. I feel that if you decide you need to drink to have fun somewhere, you've already crossed a certain line. Sorry for bombarding you with text, but I feel very strongly about this subject and needed to throw it all out there
dont worry le'deuche! you spent more time than most! true, it's not that useful for me, but hey, at least you tried!
ok, so i read all of it. im glad you feel so strongly about it and that you can bother to spend so much time on this, but it would be so much simpler for me if you could just write the ltters...
Well a couple of the questions I can't choose one answer. You shall not hold me back by the shackles of mere letters P.S. If you read the first sentence of each answer, with the exception of two or three, you can tell what letter I was going for

The word "drugs" is way too vague for me to answer those questions effectively... not without making the answers really long anyway. You could be talking about anything from heroin to coffee.
